Eric with RedLine is awesome! I've had him come out a couple of times now; the first time he pulled a bird nest out of my dryer vent (and fixed it so they can't nest there anymore), and then he came out to change my air filters (which were gnarly) and changed out my water softener unit. Super friendly and helpful, explained everything, even called the city to arrange pickup of the old water softener unit. I called just to get some information and turns out he was able to come out that same day. He did a great job cleaning out my vents but once we talked about his other services, I also had him update the smoke detectors throughout the house.
